Provided an enhanced web presence along with strategic social engagement strategies, to coincide with the implementation of a new online portal (phase one). Jameson is the newest Schedule I bank in Canada and the only privately owned bank in Ontario.
Turned around Canada’s largest shared office space company to prepare for sale to a global buyer.  The effort included taking two flagship properties (Bloor Street and First Canadian Place) from 30% occupancy to 100%, in one year.
For this startup, we created strategic marketing campaigns for category partners that consisted of Canada’s largest brands.  Using predictive analytics we increased their market share and brought exposure to a broader audience.  KidsFutures – now Futura, is a Canadian educational savings plan and rewards program.
Developed and implemented a strategic plan to grow the internet advertising industry in Canada.  Consulted with Canada’s largest publishers, advertisers and advertising agencies.  Worked with Ottawa to develop the Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA).
Operated Media Enterprises division, a national clearing house for all advertising proposals. Managed agency relationships, identified audience segments, recommended ad strategies for internal brands based on geodemography and data analytics.
Developed and facilitated geo-demographic advertising sales strategy for advertising departments in every newspaper across North America. Our plan increased ad revenue and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the President and his senior executive team, criteria was developed to identify financially attractive properties and make recommendations regarding potential acquisition targets. At this time Thomson owned 180 newspapers across North America.
